i’m not gonna cap, sjm puts in foreshadowing but not to the extent the fandom thinks. as someone that’s been reading her books since she published throne of glass, i can promise y’all she does not put too much thought into everything and that she will change something if she changes her mind. i wouldn’t really overanalyze everything too much because w her nothing is set in stone.
