Elain’s gardening is very much a part of who she is but is also a connection to the human world; it’s the only connection that truly hasn’t changed, and gardening in the fae world is the same as in the human lands. I think it was mentioned that she spent an AWFUL amount of time gardening and to me it sounds like she’s deflecting becoming fae while clinging to the one thing that makes her feel human. :/
correct me if I’m wrong, but likening Eluciens to Tamlin apologists is actually the dumbest shit I have ever seen today? and saying Eluciens don’t like Elain is also a miracle stretch? if there’s one thing I’ve noticed ab Eluciens, it’s that they prioritize Elain over Lucien most of the time and speak on the growth and development she is owed. not once has this fandom tried to say that Lucien was entitled to her, nor that she was obligated to accept a mating bond. if anything, the potential of the ship was what kept the ship afloat and how the two seem to compliment each other, particularly when you look at their pre-ACOMAF personalities. at the end of the day though they’re still mates though so 😗
Elriels: doxxed and outed someone due to being a Gwynriel, routinely mass quote tweet Eluciens and Gwynriels, state that all Eluciens are misogynists and ship Elain in an abusive ship, bully people off of platforms, call artists freaks and worse for drawing other ships, tried to cancel an author for being a Gwynriel, routinely try to make up bullshit theories as to why their ship is superior, list goes on an on.
